Terms of service.


TOS is an agreement between you (hereinafter - "user") and PTC-RefBack.com (hereinafter - "PTC-RefBack"), which contains all terms and conditions of our cooperation. You have to read, understand and agree with all details of this document, using "I accept" mark. If you don't accept all details of this agreement, PTC-RefBack.com doesn't want you to be its member.
  1. PTC-RefBack.com is a sponsoring program, and a project for primary way to enlarge PTC-RefBack members' income from PTC-sites ("Pay-To-Click" sites).
  2. PTC-RefBack.com declares, that it has not any relation to PTCs, pointed at our site.
  3. User is allowed to have only one account at PTC-RefBack.com. He can not create some profiles at PTC-RefBack.com, the same as at PTC-sites, offered here.
  4. User must have a valid unique e-mail address, and valid unique AlertPay or PayPal address to be registered at PTC-sites that we suggest.
  5. User has to register at PTC-sites under PTC-RefBack reflinks. If he doesn't, - he won't recieve additional income from PTC-RefBack for his clicks.
  6. User's nickname at PTCs that he join, must be preferably the same as at PTC-RefBack.com.
  7. User can invite referrals, User can invite referrals, using his referral link. User will earn from 50% to 100% from minimal user's refclick, that recieves PTC-RefBack for his affiliation. He can also recieve up to 15% (10% mainly) from earnings of his refs, who registered at PTC-RefBack under his reflink.
  8. User can check the statistics of his clicks and earnings, using his account PTC-RefBack. Users' statistic by PTC-sites is always refreshing at once after we get payment from PTC-sites; we add it to user's balance immediately.
  9. Number of clicks and all the income get onto user's balance only after PTC-RefBack recеives payment from PTC-sites. User can not to pretend on payment for clicks from SCAM-sites.
  10. User can order his cashout after his balance reachs 2 $ or more. PTC-RefBack works with three payment processors:
    11. AlertPay ; PayPal ; WebMoney. User gets his payment within 24 hours to Alertpay / PayPal and 1-5 days to WebMoney.
  11. All payments are to be paid in US dollars.
  12. Any attempts to cheat on PTC-RefBack.com or sites where user join under our reflink, will lead to immediate termination of his account at PTC-RefBack.com, the balance of the user will be reset to zero. Slander to the project or its administration will have the same effect.
  13. PTC-RefBack has the right to remove user from the reflist on the PTC-site after: 1) 1 week of inactivity; 2) 3 days of inactivity after the registration (no one click made). PTC-RefBack also has the right to block user's account at the project after 3 registration and inactivity on these sponsors (no one click made). This decision has been made because of limits for direct referrals on all the PTC.
  14. PTC-RefBack has the right to reset the user's balance to zero after 60 days of inactivity (non-attendance of the project for a long time, complete cessation of work on PTC-sites). The user's account is being kept all the time. He can resume his work at any time.
  15. PAYMENTS TO PTC-RefBack.com:
    - You may pay using the methods provided;
    - All payments are non-refundable;
    - Payments are confirmed using IPN;
    - If IPN fails, contact us at service@ptc-refback.com;
    - All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
  16. Sending letters with suggestion to join PTC-RefBack without any preliminary contact (spam) is prohibited. This is contrary to our politics, and besides is illegal. PTC-RefBack is intolerant to spam. In case we recеives a complaint about a spamming member, first we'll make sure the spam incident has really occured, then reset user's current balance to zero!
  17. It is prohibited to advertise PTC-RefBack.com at sites with doubtful reputation. If somebody of users does it, his account will be suspended. It's also prohibited to advertise at PTC-RefBack.com your own reflinks and propose to other PTC-RefBack users to be your referrals.
  18. Joining PTC-RefBack.com, you have to agree, that PTC-RefBack.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive here. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
  19. Forum is not a place for libel and mutual insults. Forum PTC-RefBack is used only for communication and discussions. All the rest will lead to ban.
  20. PTC-RefBack.com keeps the right to change terms and conditions at any time, with or without notification. PTC-RefBack.com is not responsible if user violates TOS. It's his task to read and learn our rules in-time.
